President: Shara J. Bajurin, CCLS

Shara Bajurin is President. She has served two terms as Governor in addition to several chairmanships over the years.  She is employed by Carr, McClellan, Ingersoll, Thompson & Horn Professional Law Corporation as a legal secretary. 

 First Vice President: Gina Kundert

Gina is a California Certified Paralegal to the City Attorney of Redwood City.  Gina is currenlty serving her second term as Legal Secretary Training Chairman.
 

Second Vice President: Candy De Souza

Candy De Souza is Second Vice President and the Program Chairman. Candy owns the court reporting business De Souza & Associates. She has won awards for her volunteer service with San Mateo County Legal Aid Society, and has been a long-time member and volunteer with SMCLSA.

Recording Secretary: Denise McNeil

Denise McNeil is Recording Secretary.  She is employed by Baumann & Hurliman in Redwood City.
 

Treasurer: Cynthia Woodman

Cynthia is Treasurer and the MCLE Coordintator. She has served as President and Governor, as well as the LSI Career Promotion and Scholarship Chairman. Cynthia is a Senior Paralegal at Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. in Foster City, CA.

Governor: Carol Karwatt

Carol is Governor. Sheserved two years as President, served as Second Vice President and Program Chairman for two terms, and Treasurer for two terms. She currently works at Corey, Luzaich, Pliska, De Ghetaldi & Nastari, LLP in Millbrae. Carol is also an Assistant Editor on the Publications Revision Committee of LSI.

Parliamentarian: Nancy O'Shea, CCLS

Nancy is Parliamentarian. She previously served two terms as Treasurer and three terms as Governor. Nancy also served as co-chair of the Association's Legal Secretary Training Program in 2008. Nancy is the mother of twin sons and is pursuing a degree in anthropology. Nancy is employed by the firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Danner, LLP in Palo Alto CA.

Corresponding Secretary: Donna A. Bottarini

Donna is Corresponding Secretary. She has served as Recording Secretary. She is employed by the Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City.
